Subhrashis begins with a list of basic scientific presuppositions that ‘How we came to be?’, and further epistemological foundations are laid in later chapters, one on ‘How we make sense of the universe around us?’, and the other on ‘Is sex bad?’. The last two chapters involve concepts on the questions ‘Who are we?’ and ‘How to be happy?’
This book can help one to get a better understanding of where one came from, how we make sense of things around us, about the human sexuality, and about who we exactly are and thereby revealing the secret to a happy life.
The author has applied an open-minded approach, especially while discussing the question “Is sex bad?” He has done extreme research and got into the skin of things before putting the book together and it’s quite visible in his book.
